Delivery across South Africa

Standard delivery is free when the goods total is R750 or more after discounts. Below R750, the delivery charge is R250. An optional express upgrade is R250 at any order value. Choose your delivery method in the cart; the total is shown before payment.

Handling and arrival

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Express uses the faster available delivery option after the same handling period. Ask us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.

Tracking and separate parcels

We send a tracking number when your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Use Track My Order to follow your delivery.

Delays or missing deliveries

Contact theteam@chaincurtain.co.za if tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 for late, missing or damaged goods are unaffected. Unless a different delivery period was agreed, delivery should take place within 30 days.
