Information and purposes

We use the contact, delivery, billing and order information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries and manage returns. We use technical logs to operate the website and help prevent fraud. Payment providers process card details; we do not store full card numbers.

Lawful grounds

Order processing and requested support are necessary to carry out our contract with you. Recordkeeping may be required by law. Site security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests. Optional analytics and marketing rely on your choices and consent where required; you can withdraw consent.

Service providers and cross-border transfers

Relevant information is shared with payment, fulfilment, delivery, hosting and communications providers to deliver these services. Some processing takes place outside South Africa, including our international support operations.
